I have 2 locations for you to choose from for your private training lessons. Downtown at berkley St. Fitness and at Fitness Fanatix in Mississauga on the collegeway. I am also available any time for training lessons....yes even if its 3:30am, I can train you!
Another new development is pulling together our first PROPTA academy in Canada sometime in the spring/summer! If you want to be not just a trainer but an excellent one, then this is the place you should be learning.
My fees are $150.00 per hour BUT this is a full week's package of everything you need to know for the week and one hour's personal time with me. It is such a complete package that you don't even have to think, you just do! And the do will get you....well you should try it out to see for yourself!
Also to make note of: I can train you no matter where in the world you are! All you need is a webcam and internet connection. I have done this countless times with clients successfully....even show prep people!
