Keep in mind this is my experience, views, understanding, and beliefs from my own training and living the lifestyle, as well as watching, learning and listening to others, reading and common sense-so maybe a bit of thinking;) To come in top shape - this is the goal of most individuals when they start a program and even the goal of long term trainers striving for that ultimate place- the first bit of valuable advice I'm going to give you is...THERE ARE NO MAGIC SOLUTIONS! You have to work hard, end of story! Trust me, if there were an easy way, do you not think I would have figured it out by now? Having said that, lets begin! You must have a synergy of these factors: proper diet- knowing your individual nutrition resistance training- with proper form and knowledge of sets and reps cardio- for heart and muscles supplements- to get complete nutrition which will make overall body function to benefit in muscle growth and repair. I will leave you with this and will periodically update and add to this page. I am starting with the beginner-like there is an imaginary student with me-so I can teach the foundation and build up from there. This will help you understand where I am coming from. I say health encompasses a combination of mind, body and soul. If you are healthy inside you feel and look healthy outside.
This is provided from a combination of proper nutrition, cardiovascular and resistence exercise and a balanced and content mind. This is a state that must be worked on consistently. Now this can be done to a standard to maintain health, or it can be taken to different levels such as that of a specialized athlete where food and exercise vary but are intense in all sports. Sometimes athletes take health measures to an extreme and then the question arises…is it really healthy? Even though extreme, yes an athlete can be and should be healthy so long as there is a balance although it will be a different on than the average person. On my website I will show you how to achieve the goal you are looking for. From smaller to bigger goals.
I am going to use bodybuilding as the focal point and share with you why I know and believe it is the stronger of diets although many people try and want to bash our ways, even though most never tried it and stayed committed to it. It takes a strong mind and tons of willpower to live the bodybuilding lifestyle and for that matter to stick to a diet and live healthy.
One of the most asked questions I get is ‘how can I loose weight quick’? When I give the answer most don’t want to do it. And as for these quick weight loss schemes…..thats about it if at all….quick weight loss…usually water only! END OF STORY……there is no easy way! You have to work hard and follow and stick to a lifestyle health plan! If there were an easy way, don’t you think I would be doing it??? So stop fooling yourselfs and wasting your money. Im going to show you how to stick to this lifestyle, but I can’t do it for you! I am your tool. Use me wisely and you will succeed! And the reward after will not be just your new body, but your sense of accomplishment that will give you confidence, strength and positive power in all aspects of your life!
