ABOUT ME
I am and have been for many years an athlete with my specialty being Bodybuilding. I have achieved the highest crown in Canada by winning that title to become Miss Canada after a perfect win record of all my competitions. I earned my pro card first attempt at the Canadians which is very rare. This earned my title of IFBB Professional Bodybuilder....which means International (International Federation of Bodybuilders)...the ability to compete with the best in the world from all over the world! After taking some time from the stage, yet continuing to evolve my physique, as well as teaching others along the way, I can safely say Ive learned priceless expertise about the human physique and take great pride and joy in teaching others.
